I was formerly the Fitness Director of Deerfield Spa, an elite spa located in the Pocono mountains of Pennsylvania.

For the past six years I have traveled throughout the U.S. as a corporate trainer and motivational speaker.

From 1990-1997 I owned and operated D.M. Martial Arts Academy teaching Boxing, Kickboxing and Chang Hon Tae Kwon Do. I was a head instructor for the International Tae Kwon Do Association. I am currently internationally ranked and certified 2nd degree black belt through the International Tae Kwon Do Association.

I chose the name "No Limits" because it is a philosophy I live by. I am passionate about living life to the fullest every day. Constantly trying to improve every area of my life.
